REQUEST FORM AND REQUIREMENTS | Donations

Thank you for your interest in iFLY Va Beach.

Donations are issued quarterly, so please plan your request accordingly.

Ex. Submit your request in Quarter 1 if your event is in Quarter 2.

Raffle Donations

We will provide an Earn Your Wings Package to an approved registered 501(c)(3) charity wishing to use iFLY Va Beach flight packages to aid fundraising and can be auctioned, raffled or offered as a prize.
If you wish to purchase a larger First Time Flyer package, we will provide a 50% discount to an approved registered 501(c)(3) charity wishing to use iFLY Va Beach flights to aid fundraising. The savings will allow your charity to purchase First Time Flyer vouchers that can be auctioned, raffled or offered as prizes.
Required Information:

1. Your 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization Tax ID letter

2. Tax ID #

3. Your organization name

4. Your request (size of donation or flight package)

5. Event date

6. Type of event (live auction, silent auction, raffle, etc.)

7. Contact person

8. Restrictions:

Your organization must be selected quarterly in order to receive the discount.

VOUCHERS CAN BE REDEEMED MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY.

VOUCHERS EXPIRE ONE YEAR AFTER ISSUE DATE.

To take advantage of our donation program, please complete the form below and iFLY Va Beach will contact you at the end of each quarter if we select your cause.
