There are two flight packages available on the 2019 Groupon Program. Please ensure you have got the right option based on your desired flight day.
The featured 30% savings on the 2 Flights Valid for 1 Person Package is valid Monday-Friday only through 11/15/2019. This package is not available on Saturday or Sunday and Federal Holidays.
The weekend 2 Flights Valid for 1 Person Package is valid Saturday and Sunday through 11/15/2019. and must be flown by 11/15/2019.

PRINT YOUR E-VOUCHER
My Groupon Voucher
If you have an e-voucher, you must print it and bring it on the day of your flight experience.
We require proof of purchase with the printed confirmation – we do not accept images/pictures on mobile devices.
If you don’t bring (a) the original hard copy voucher or (b) a print-out of your e-voucher, you will be unable to fly without full payment.

Must sign waiver before you fly
Both flights must be used by the same person in a single visit.
Must be 3 or older; 17 and younger need guardian present to sign waiver.
Participants must weigh less than 300lbs.
Participants who weigh between 260lbs and 300lbs must bring this to the attention of an iFLY representative as additional restrictions and instructor limitations may apply. Pregnant women should not fly. People with prior hear issues. or back or neck injuries should consult a doctor before flying
iFLY recommends people with prior shoulder dislocations do not fly.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Our schedule rarely permits the rebooking of missed appointments.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions.
As a courtesy, iFLY may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee.
Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.
