Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED TO THE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY.

1. Eligibility

The World Plays. We Fly. Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to any individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and who is either (a) a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, or (b) a visitor or tourist who is physically present within the United States during the Promotion Period, regardless of country of residence or citizenship (“Eligible Participant”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, individuals who are citizens or residents of countries subject to comprehensive United States economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) are not eligible to participate, and any such individual selected as a winner will be disqualified. Proof of age, and where applicable, proof of physical presence in the United States at the time of entry may be required. Any winner who entered as a visitor or tourist under clause (b) above will be required to provide satisfactory proof of physical presence in the United States during the Promotion Period as a condition of receiving the Prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, a qualifying purchase made on behalf of a minor participant (e.g., a parent or guardian purchasing a Level Up Your Flight package for their child) shall constitute a valid entry by the purchasing adult, provided that the adult meets all eligibility requirements set forth herein. Entry is attributed to the purchasing adult, not the minor participant.

All eligibility requirements apply equally to entries submitted via the Alternate Method of Entry. Submission of an Alternate Method of Entry by or on behalf of any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein will be disqualified and void. The Alternate Method of Entry is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Employees of iFLY Holdings, LLC (the “Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, along with the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted starting on May 26, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET, and ending July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry during the Promotion Period (May 26, 2026 – July 26, 2026). Regardless of entry method, all entrants must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1. Limit: each eligible individual may earn a maximum of five (5) entries total during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods used.

(a) Level Up Your Flight Purchase (“Purchase Entry”): Automatically receive one (1) entry when you purchase a qualifying Level Up Your Flight package between May 26, 2026 and July 26, 2026, at a participating iFLY corporate-owned location and select iFLY franchise locations (not valid at Colorado Springs, Detroit, Jacksonville, San Diego (Oceanside), Virginia Beach, or Wilmington). A full list of participating locations is set forth in Schedule A of these Official Rules. Purchase your qualifying package online at iflyworld.com to confirm your entry. Each qualifying purchase earns one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying purchases each earn one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of five (5) total entries per eligible participant across all entry methods combined.

(b) Instagram Comment ("Alternate Method of Entry" or "AMOE"): To enter without making a purchase, during the Promotion Period, complete all of the following steps:

1. Follow @iflyus and your local iFLY Instagram account (handles listed in Schedule A).
2. Visit the designated iFLY sweepstakes Reel linked at https://iflytheworldplaysweflysweepstakes.cmpgn.page/HBLzN8 and leave a comment on that Reel explaining why you want to try iFLY, including the hashtag #theworldplayswefly. Comments must be original and posted by the entrant. Use of multiple accounts or automated methods to circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.
3. In the same comment, tag one (1) person you would bring with you to iFLY.
4. Submit the official AMOE confirmation form at https://iflytheworldplaysweflysweepstakes.cmpgn.page/HBLzN8, which will confirm completion of all required steps.

All four steps must be completed to constitute a valid AMOE entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The local iFLY location selected in the confirmation form will determine which tunnel drawing the entry is associated with. Entries that select a non-participating location in the confirmation form will be disqualified. Participating locations are those listed in Schedule A of these Official Rules.

Each completed set of AMOE steps constitutes one (1) entry. For entrants submitting more than one (1) AMOE entry, step 1 (following the required accounts) is a one-time requirement and need not be repeated for subsequent entries — these steps will be verified from the entrant's initial submission. For each additional AMOE entry, entrants must complete a new comment on the designated Reel per step 2, tag a person per step 3, and submit a new confirmation form per step 4 to log the additional entry. Multiple complete submissions may be made up to a maximum of five (5) total entries per eligible participant across all entry methods combined. Additional submissions beyond five (5) will not generate additional entries.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner per participating iFLY tunnel location will receive one (1) complimentary 5-minute Flight School or Adult League session with coaching (the “Prize”). Prize must be redeemed in person at the participating iFLY tunnel location within the United States associated with the winner's entry. Actual retail value is approximately $100 per prize. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.

Redemption. Prize must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of the winner’s acceptance of the Prize. Prize is subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance with the applicable iFLY location. Prize session is subject to all standard iFLY participation requirements, including age, height, weight, and health restrictions, and requires execution of iFLY’s standard liability waiver prior to participation.

Minor Beneficiary. The Prize may be used by the winner or gifted by the winner to a minor in their care, provided that any minor who participates must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must meet all standard iFLY age, height, and weight requirements, and execute (through their parent or legal guardian) all required participation waivers. The winner remains responsible for all Prize redemption logistics and any associated costs, including without limitation any travel expenses.

General Prize Conditions. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Except as expressly provided in the Minor Beneficiary paragraph above, the Prize is nontransferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other individual. No request for cash equivalent will be honored. All Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. As a condition of receiving the Prize, each winner must complete and return to the Sponsor any required tax documentation, including without limitation an IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. persons) or IRS Form W-8BEN (for non-U.S. persons), within the time period specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is authorized to withhold and remit any taxes required by applicable law, including without limitation federal income tax withholding on prizes awarded to non-resident aliens under Section 1441 of the Internal Revenue Code. For non-cash prizes, the winner may be required to remit to the Sponsor the amount of any applicable tax withholding in cash prior to receiving the Prize. Failure to provide required tax documentation or remit any required withholding amount within the time period specified by the Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the Prize at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry content for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation or additional consent.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per participating tunnel location. A separate drawing will be conducted for each participating iFLY tunnel, and each entry is associated with one (1) tunnel location only.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner per participating iFLY tunnel location will be selected in a separate random drawing for each tunnel, conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, from among all eligible entries associated with that tunnel location. Winner selection will take place within fifteen (15) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

Winners will be notified via (a) email to the address provided at the time of purchase, for Purchase Entry winners, or (b) email to the address provided in the AMOE confirmation form, for AMOE winners. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries for that tunnel location.

The receipt of any prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE WORLD PLAYS. WE FLY. SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that your entry is original, that you own or have all necessary rights to the content submitted, and that your entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. You further represent that your entry does not contain any content that is unlawful, offensive, or in violation of Instagram’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

By entering, you grant the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry and entry content — including without limitation any Instagram comment, caption, or hashtag submitted as part of your entry — as well as your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information, for news, publicity, advertising, trade, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation.

You acknowledge that the Sponsor is not obligated to use your entry or entry content for any purpose, even if it has been selected as a winning entry. You waive any right to inspect or approve any use of your entry content by the Sponsor prior to its use.

International Entrant Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 8, the rights granted herein are subject to the following limitations for entrants residing outside the United States:

(a) European Economic Area and European Union Entrants. For entrants who are residents of the European Economic Area or European Union member states, (i) the rights granted to the Sponsor to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and other personal data for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes are granted on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("EU GDPR"), and you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting the Sponsor at ccpa@iflyworld.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal; (ii) upon withdrawal of consent, the Sponsor will cease all future use of materials containing your identifiable personal data for advertising and promotional purposes within a commercially reasonable period, and will take reasonable steps to remove such materials from active distribution; (iii) withdrawal of consent to the use of your personal data does not affect the copyright license granted herein with respect to the underlying content of your entry, but the Sponsor will not use such content in any manner that identifies you personally following withdrawal; (iv) nothing in these Official Rules constitutes a waiver of your moral rights (including rights of attribution and integrity) as recognized under the laws of your country of residence, and you retain all such rights to the extent they are inalienable under applicable law; and (v) you may exercise any rights of access, rectification, erasure, or portability with respect to your personal data by contacting the Sponsor at ccpa@iflyworld.com.

(b) United Kingdom Entrants. For entrants who are residents of the United Kingdom, (i) the rights granted to the Sponsor to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and other personal data for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes are granted on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), and you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting the Sponsor at ccpa@iflyworld.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal; (ii) upon withdrawal of consent, the Sponsor will cease all future use of materials containing your identifiable personal data for advertising and promotional purposes within a commercially reasonable period, and will take reasonable steps to remove such materials from active distribution; and (iii) withdrawal of consent to the use of your personal data does not affect the copyright license granted herein with respect to the underlying content of your entry, but the Sponsor will not use such content in any manner that identifies you personally following withdrawal.

(c) All Other Non-U.S. Entrants. For entrants residing outside the United States, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, the rights granted in this Section 8 are granted to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of your country of residence. You may have additional rights regarding the use of your personal data, image, or likeness under the laws of your country of residence. To exercise any such rights, please contact the Sponsor at ccpa@iflyworld.com.

9. Terms

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time, with notice posted at www.iflyworld.com/promotions/world-plays-we-fly, provided that no such modification shall materially affect the rights of entrants who have already submitted entries prior to such modification.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated or technical means of entering; use of multiple Instagram accounts or confirmation form submissions to circumvent the five (5) entry limit; or submission of entry content that violates Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of an AMOE entry to be received, recorded, or associated with the correct tunnel drawing due to technical errors, Instagram platform outages, account privacy settings, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Entries submitted via Instagram are subject to Instagram’s terms and conditions, and Sponsor has no control over Instagram’s platform availability or functionality.

By entering the Sweepstakes via purchase, you agree to receive email communications periodically from the Sponsor. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email. Entrants who enter solely via the Alternate Method of Entry are not automatically enrolled in marketing email or SMS communications. The email address provided on the AMOE confirmation form will be used solely for entry verification and winner notification unless the entrant voluntarily opts in to receive marketing email and/or SMS communications from the Sponsor; such opt-in is not required for entry and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

1. such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, including without limitation any injury, illness, or damage arising from participation in an indoor skydiving session awarded as a prize;
2. technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;
3. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service;
4. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
5. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or
6. the failure of an Instagram comment entry or AMOE confirmation form submission to be received, recorded, or correctly associated with a tunnel location due to Instagram platform errors, outages, algorithmic filtering, account privacy settings, third-party form platform outages, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall a participant be permitted to obtain, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering this Sweepstakes. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

For participants residing outside the United States, nothing in this section shall be construed to limit any rights or remedies such participants may have under the laws of their country of residence to the extent such laws are applicable and cannot be waived by contract.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website. To read the Privacy Policy, visit https://www.iFLYworld.com/privacy. For participants residing in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available at https://www.iflyworld.co.uk/legal-info/privacy-policy/, which describes your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU General Data Protection Regulation. For participants residing outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. You may have additional rights regarding your personal data under the laws of your country of residence, including rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability. To exercise any such rights, or to submit a privacy-related inquiry, please contact the Sponsor at ccpa@iflyworld.com. By entering, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data in the United States as described herein and in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: iFLY Holdings, LLC, 13265 US-183, Austin, TX 78750, United States. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of The World Plays. We Fly. Sweepstakes and not to any of the aforementioned platforms or organizations.
