My husband is a big man, and Jason immediately helped him feel confident, comfortable, and at ease. We also had a member of our group with cerebral palsy, and Jason treated him with exceptional care, respect, and encouragement. He made him feel just as capable as everyone else and ensured he had the same opportunity to enjoy the experience.
