Yes! While our website lists packages for groups of 13 or fewer, we host corporate events of all sizes, maxing at each facility’s fire marshal-approved capacity. Since this varies by location due to city and county regulations, our team will help you find the best setup for your group.
Absolutely! We have exclusive offerings for meetings, company outings, team-building events, and more, hosted Monday through Friday. Our team will work with you to customize a package that fits your needs and budget.
Food is always permitted at iFLY, and we offer pizza options at all locations. Some locations have dedicated catering partners, while others allow you to bring in your own food. Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a certified bartender from a licensed and insured vendor. Specific offerings vary by location, so reach out to our team for details.
Booking is easy! A deposit is required to secure your event, and availability is checked in real time. iFLY does not require contracts for event bookings. Military groups may bypass the deposit with proper paperwork.
Filming at iFLY requires a signed location agreement and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before a date can be secured. Contact our team for more details on the approval process.
