At iFLY, we always take the health and safety of our guests and team members seriously. As neighbors and members of the communities we fly in, we are deeply connected to every customer and will continue to make safety our priority.

As part of our core operational procedures, we have always, and will continue to, disinfect our flight gear after every flight. This includes, but is not limited to: helmets, goggles, footwear and other flight equipment with anti-viral and anti-bacterial cleaners. Our earplugs are one-time-use and head socks are laundered after every flight according to CDC and manufacturers guidance. Our flight suits are inspected, kept fresh, and laundered to give you the best possible flight experience.

We recognize the rapidly changing situation and are continuing to monitor federal and local health authority recommendations, including the WHO and CDC guidance.

PLEASE NOTE: We look forward to serving guests as local government regulations allow and have recently opened several locations to the public (click here to see list of openings).
