"My daughter has been wanting to skydive since she was six years old, so now that she’s ten, I finally decided to take her indoor skydiving at iFly. From the moment we walked into the facility, the staff made our experience absolutely phenomenal!!! We were greeted by David Holmes, the General Manager, who welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine excitement. He asked if it was our first time, and from there he immediately began guiding us through the process. He explained what we could expect during our visit and made sure we felt prepared for every step. What stood out the most was that he didn’t just point us upstairs and leave us to figure things out, he personally walked us to the next part of our experience and did a warm handoff to our flight instructor. That level of care made us feel valued and supported. Our instructor, Jose Iglesia, was absolutely amazing. He took his time with both me and my daughter, explaining everything clearly to ensure our safety and comfort. He was patient, enthusiastic, and incredibly encouraging, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Because of how great everything was, I ended up purchasing the package that included photos, videos, extra flight time, and the high‑flight experience and it was worth every penny. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our visit memorable.
