The Costco Voucher has two flight packages available on the current Costco Ticket Program.

  • Ticket Program is valid 7 days a week 
  • Advanced reservations required as peak periods fill up fast

Online reservations are required and can be done shortly once you agree to the restated terms below

  • If you have an e-voucher, you must print it and bring it on the day of your flight experience
  • For vouchers that were purchased at Costco than simply bring that along with you on the day of flight. We do not accept images/pictures on mobile devices

Terms of Use

Here are the terms provided at point of sale and on voucher confirmation

  • Use by eVoucher holder constitutes acceptance of Terms
  • All flight packages include: Flights (1 minute each), hands-on instruction, all necessary flight gear, training class, individual flight instructor during your flight, and a personalized flight certificate
    Redeemable only for the package described on this voucher
  • Cannot be redeemed for Skydiver products, Flight Programs or bulk agreements
    May not be combined with other offers, discounts or packages
  • May not be redeemed toward group events or birthday parties
    Does not expire or charge fees
  • Non refundable or redeemable for cash except as required by law
  • Not for resale. Not reusable.
  • Will not be replaced if lost or stolen
    Participants must be at least 3 years of age and weigh less than 300lbs
  • If weight exceeds 260lbs., contact your iFly location as additional restrictions and limitations may apply
  • Cancellations within 48-hours of flight time may be subject to rebooking fee
    Those who have had prior shoulder dislocation, heart/back issues or are pregnant should not fly
  • Issued by SkyGroup Investments, LLC or affiliate

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Our schedule rarely permits the rebooking of missed appointments
  • Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions
  • As a courtesy, iFLY may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee
  • Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges

  • When you have booked a time and date to fly, we’ll send you an email confirmation
  • Please read it immediately to ensure you know everything about a visit to iFLY
  • If you don’t receive an email confirmation, it’s likely you did not complete your booking and you should contact us straight away
