Just before you go ahead and reserve your flight time, we’ve got some quick and helpful reminders to ensure an amazing experience. Please don’t skip this page, it’ll only take a minute to confirm the details of the promotion.
Your iFLY Voucher purchased on Certifikid must be reserved prior to arrival.
Ticket Program is valid Monday – Friday before March 22, 2019
NOT VALID 11/27/2019 – 12/1/2019 OR 12/21/2019 – 1/5/2020 on all deals at all locations
Advanced reservations required as peak periods fill up fast and all tickets are subject to availability
Online reservations are easy done by clicking the ‘I agree’ button at the bottom of the page.
If you have an e-voucher, you must print it and bring it on the day of your flight experience.
For vouchers that were purchased on Certifikid than simply bring that along with you on the day of flight. We do not accept images/pictures on mobile devices.
Our schedule rarely permits the rebooking of missed appointments.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions.
As a courtesy, iFLY may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee.
Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.

Please read it immediately to ensure you know everything about a visit to iFLY.
If you don’t receive an email confirmation, it’s likely you did not complete your booking and you should contact us straight away.
